BASIC TERMS

  • Hours of operation:

Standard – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm | After Hours – 5pm – 9am Mon – Fri & Sat, Sun, Bank Holidays.

  • Minimum Charge:

We have a 1h minimum charge and charge per 1/2 hour thereafter.

  • Cancellations:

50% of the booked time will be charged if the appointment is cancelled less than 24h prior to the job.

  • Materials:

All materials we purchase are charged in addition with a 25% markup and are subject to VAT.

  • Payment:

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards: MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, American Express. Electronic: Apple Pay and PayPal & BACS. We do NOT accept cash or cheques.

  • Waste Services:

1/4 Load – up to 350kg | 1/2 Load – up to 750kg | 3/4 Load – up to 1200kg | Full Load – up to 1500kg
Additional Charges apply for: Single mattress – £40 | Double mattress – £50 | Small Fridge – £70, Large Fridge – £120 | TV £40. Please refer to our Waste Services page for items we do not remove.
